The offer includes a 10% pay increase backdated to 1 January, an 11.5% pay rise from October, and a guaranteed inflation-linked pay increase for 2024.
Unite members will vote on the offer from Tuesday 13 to Friday 23 June.
If the offer is rejected, 29 days of strikes will take place on various dates in June, July, and August.
Flight cancellations are not expected if the strikes go ahead.
