Harneys donates holiday gift baskets to VI community

This holiday season, the staff of Harneys BVI prepared over 50 gift baskets for families in need and nine non-profit organisations, which help the vulnerable in the local community.
Harneys proudly supported the BVI Cancer Society, the BVI Autism Centre, PAW BVI, Family Support Network, Tree of Hands, the Humane Society of the BVI, the Adina Donovan Home, Safe Haven Transitional Centre and the Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, by providing them with gift baskets to aid their missions.

Harneys also teamed up with District Representatives from all 9 electoral districts to provide gift baskets, movie tickets and tickets to VISAR’s Winter Wonderland to families in need in each district.

Tanya Cassie-Parker, Managing Partner of Harneys BVI commented,“We are very happy to have been able to assist the community in this way, particularly in what has been such a challenging year for many.

We are also deeply grateful to our staff who eagerly embraced the initiative, gave generously from their own pockets and pantries and spent long hours putting the gift baskets together in the true spirit of BVI Love.”

As a law firm and fiduciary services business that started in the British Virgin Islands and celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, Harneys has grown in tandem with the BVI’s own development and increasing importance to the international economy as a leading offshore financial services centre.

With offices in over 10 locations across the globe, we are recognised internationally as an export brand from the BVI.
