Halifax Brand to Disappear From UK High Streets in Lloyds Banking Group Restructuring

Lloyds Banking Group has announced plans to phase out the Halifax brand as part of a wider restructuring of its retail operations. The move is expected to include the closure of up to 150 former WH Smith and related high street sites, as the bank shifts further toward a centralised digital banking model.
