The Glastonbury Festival ticket sale has been delayed by two weeks "out of fairness" to customers who did not realise their registration had expired.

The Glastonbury Festival has delayed its ticket sale by two weeks to allow customers whose registration had expired to re-register. Some older profiles were deleted last month, and some festivalgoers claimed they were not informed about the issue.

The festival, known for its stringent registration system to prevent ticket touting, reopened registration on Monday and will release tickets with coach travel on November 16 and general admission tickets on November 19.

The event is scheduled to take place at Worthy Farm in Somerset from June 26 to 30, 2024, with the lineup yet to be confirmed.
