The incident occurred on the Llŷn peninsula in Gwynedd after reports of a dangerous dog.
Two individuals were airlifted to the hospital, while two others sustained minor injuries. The dog involved in the attack has been destroyed, and its breed is yet to be established.
Authorities also seized 37 dogs and several cats from the same address. An investigation has been launched, and police are appealing for information related to the incident.
