Lawyers for Ms. Harrison, 28, said the damages were granted at the High Court on Wednesday.

Ms. Harrison, who has campaigned on the issue of so-called revenge porn, appeared on reality shows such as The Only Way Is Essex, Love Island, and Olivia Meets Her Match.

Her ex-partner, Stephen Bear, was recorded on CCTV having sex with her in his garden in Loughton in August 2020.

Bear then uploaded the footage to the social media site OnlyFans, either himself or asking someone else to do it so he could profit financially.

Bear was found guilty of voyeurism and disclosing private, sexual photographs and films at a trial at Chelmsford Crown Court in December 2020.

Ms. Harrison waived her anonymity ahead of the trial.

The damages awarded to Ms. Harrison are believed to be a record payout in an "image abuse case" and are intended to compensate her for the distress and embarrassment caused by the sharing of the video.

Ms. Harrison plans to donate part of the settlement to charities that have supported her and other victims of image-based sexual abuse.

The case highlights the seriousness with which the courts take such matters and the support available for victims of revenge porn.

Ms. Harrison's solicitor, Hanna Bash, said, "I hope her strength in pursuing this highlights to other victims that there is help and support available for them."
