This protocol aims to promote joint projects in critical sectors and improve communication with investors to expand their operations in Egypt. The government is committed to empowering Arab women and fostering comprehensive, sustainable economic and social development.

Egypt offers a favorable investment climate, including various incentives like the state ownership policy document, the government's IPO Program, and the golden license. A recent report by the cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) indicates Egypt's plan to generate EGP 70 billion through its IPO program in fiscal year 2023/2024.

Additionally, the IDSC has published a booklet detailing investment opportunities in Egypt, highlighting the benefits of projects with the golden license, including significant deductions on investment costs in certain sectors.
