FBI Struggles to Find Motive Behind Trump Shooting Incident

The FBI is struggling to determine why Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old man, opened fire at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania. Despite extensive searches and interviews, the shooter's motive remains unclear. Crooks, a local shooting club member, fired from a nearby roof, killing one and injuring two others before being shot by a Secret Service sniper.

The FBI has yet to determine why 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on US presidential candidate Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.

Despite an exhaustive investigation involving searches of Crooks’ phone, computer, home, and car, as well as interviews with over 100 people, the shooter’s motive remains unclear.

Crooks, described by classmates as a 'smart' but 'odd' individual often bullied for his attire, had a history of participation in a local shooting club.

Armed with a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle, he fired from a nearby roof, fatally wounding a spectator and injuring two others before being killed by a Secret Service sniper.

No suicide note or other writings have been found to explain his actions.
