The scammers contacted the women through a fan website and developed fake romantic relationships with them.
They convinced one woman from Andalusia to invest 175,000 euros and another woman from the Basque Country to invest 150,000 euros in non-existent projects.
Police discovered that the cybercriminals had studied the women's social media profiles and used psychological manipulation to gain their trust.
Several homes in Andalusia were raided, and police seized mobile phones, bank cards, computers, and a diary containing fraudulent scripts.
Authorities recovered 85,000 euros of the defrauded money.
