Every Single Dress Paris Hilton Wore During Her Marathon Wedding Weekend

A stacked roster of custom bridal styles was practically a prerequisite for Paris’s wedding celebrations-and the bride’s choices did not disappoint.

No one expected Paris Hilton to wear just one dress. The entrepreneur and DJ’s three-part wedding weekend started on Thursday and ended on Saturday night, so a stacked roster of custom bridal styles was practically a prerequisite-and the bride's choices did not disappoint.

The sartorial whirlwind started with an elegant, Grace Kelly-inspired Oscar de la Renta wedding dress. “Laura and I met through Nicky,” Oscar de la Renta creative director Fernando Garcia remembers. “The Hilton family, from the very beginning, has always been very supportive of our vision for the brand.”

Garcia, along with co-creative director Laura Kim, was brainstorming what Paris's wedding might look like-and what she might wear-about a year ago with the bride and her sister, and the conversation continued from there. “It has been an ongoing discussion, and we have been filtering the idea down for a very long time," Garcia says. "Paris has always wanted to look like a princess, but we wanted to make sure we added a grand touch to it with the pressed flowers and a dramatic veil-and when it all came together, it very much felt angelic."

“Paris is a very visual person," stylist Sammy K notes. “I decided to print out over 300 images for her. She grabbed a Sharpie, circled what she liked and didn’t like. After extensive meetings going through it all, we started narrowing down what would make sense for every event and what would be functional. For the ceremony, we wanted something long, beautiful, and inspired by all of the classic wedding inspiration that we’d compiled.”

The crinoline gave the gown shape, taking the dress to the next level without making it heavy or overly saturated with tulle. “I surprised Paris with the veil on the last day of the fittings,” Garcia adds. “She had no idea that we were going to do this veil, and I felt it was appropriate given the occasion. The moment she put on the dress I wanted her to immediately be able to focus on the fact that was marrying her best friend."

After the official business of the wedding was over, it was time to party. Accordingly, the bride changed into an off-the-shoulder dress Gahlia Lahav dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels for her first dance with Reum. The fairytale look was finished with a sleek bun and the Hilary crown by Maria Elena Bridal. “The second dress needed to be something she could dance comfortably in," Sammy says. “There was sparkle in the tulle fabric, and it was made to reflect light.”

Dinner featured a bejeweled Pamella Roland gown, complete with a plunging neckline and sequin-covered cape. “This had to be beautiful sitting down from the waist up for photos,” Sammy notes.

For the fourth and final look of the night, Paris wanted to capture her essence as the quintessential party girl-but with a sophisticated, slightly formal feel. She went with a short, flirty party dress by Oscar de la Renta. This look featured the same floral appliqué used in her wedding dress for a full circle fashion moment and was paired with custom Aquazzura heels.

On Friday, the newly minted married couple hosted a carnival at the Santa Monica Pier, where Diplo performed. Paris, who has always loved raves, Burning Man, and electronic music, wore a hot pink Alice + Olivia sequined and mesh look for the occasion, complete with crystal embellished sleeves, a veil, playful heart-shaped A-morir sunglasses, and pink booties that felt very “Barbie, but make it bridal.” Alice + Olivia, which is designed by Stacy Bendet, also created the bridesmaids’ looks for the big day, including the style worn by Paris’s sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild.

For the last party of the weekend, which took place back at her grandfather's former estate, Paris wore Marchesa to greet guests before Macy Gray performed. “Night three called for the most fabulous party dress,” Sammy says. “We wanted it to be regal, beautiful, and sophisticated, but also capture Paris’s personality." The star motif done in Swarovski crystals on her final Oscar de la Renta dress really did just that. It was the perfect choice for the “Stars Are Blind” singer to cap off a whirlwind weekend of non-stop celebration.
