This Series A funding round was jointly led by BGF and Parkwalk, with support from other investors.

The funds will be used to support the company's UK commercial rollout and to secure regulatory approval in the US for its flagship innovation, Liberty, a remote patient monitoring system for people undergoing cancer treatment.

Entia's virtual oncology platform aims to overcome many of the challenges in cancer care, such as lengthy hospital waiting times and the detection of side effects like neutropenia.

The company's founder and CEO, Dr. Toby Basey-Fisher, emphasizes the benefits of providing more care for patients outside of hospitals, which can drive a more preventative model of healthcare and improve survival outcomes.

Entia has received funding from various sources in the past, including Innovate UK and Microsoft's Accelerator program.

This latest investment brings the company's total funding to over $25 million.

With Entia's innovative approach to cancer monitoring, it has the potential to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry and improve the lives of cancer patients.
