Emmerdale's Caleb Milligan's Plan to Take Over Kim Tate's Businesses Revealed in Latest Episode

In the latest episode of Emmerdale, Caleb Milligan (William Ash) believes that Kim Tate (Claire King) is unaware of his plan to take over her businesses and leave her with nothing.

However, there are hints that Kim has worked out Caleb's plan.

During a meeting with Caleb and 'Adrian', an architect who is actually helping Caleb, Kim seems to be playing nice and working well with Caleb, which raises suspicion.

Additionally, when Kim tells Caleb that she will be going to Butlers, the farm she recently bought from Moira (Natalie J Robb), Caleb offers to go with her but Kim insists that he doesn't need to.

The owner of the phone number Kim gave to Adrian is not revealed.
