Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, has responded fiercely after being excluded from the UK government’s International Investment Summit, reportedly due to his controversial social media activity during recent UK riots.

Musk criticized the decision, highlighting in a post on X (formerly Twitter) the release of convicted pedophiles over imprisonment for social media posts.

The UK government had freed some prisoners to manage overcrowding, but no sex offenders were among them.

Following riots in August triggered by a fatal stabbing in Southport, some individuals were jailed for inciting violence on social media, with Musk's posts predicting civil unrest and questioning the Prime Minister’s actions.

Despite his prominent role at last year’s AI Summit, Musk was not invited to this year’s investment event.

Government officials declined to comment, but insiders suggested his past comments made his presence 'unthinkable.' During the riots, Musk shared and then deleted a conspiracy theory about UK 'detainment camps.' Experts like David Yelland argued Musk’s presence would damage the summit's reputation.

With his net worth estimated at one hundred and twenty-eight billion dollars by Bloomberg, mainly from his Tesla shares, Musk remains a regular at international investment summits, notably in France.
