Rail worker Rizwan Javed, recognized for preventing 29 suicides since 2015 at East London's Ealing Broadway station, has been awarded an MBE.

At 33, Javed's vigilance and Samaritans training have enabled him to engage and safeguard at-risk individuals. In addition to his rail duties, he uses social media to encourage open discussions on mental health.
