Zeraati described the incident as a "warning shot" and stated that the attackers had the opportunity to kill him but chose not to.
He is back on the airwaves despite the attempted assault.
A man named Zeraati was stabbed in London, and three suspects are believed to have fled the country shortly after the attack.
The Metropolitan police have stated that no arrests have been made, and the suspects do not pose a risk to the communities.
Zeraati recalled the incident, explaining that he was approached by a man who asked for money before holding him down and stabbing him in the leg.
He feared for his life during the attack.
On March 29, at 2:49 pm in Wimbledon, police were called to an address due to reports of a man in his 30s being attacked and suffering a leg injury.
The Iran International spokesperson, Adam Baillie, stated that the revolutionary guards in Tehran have been targeting the Farsi-language, independent news channel.
The Iranian regime has declared Iran International a terrorist organization.
However, Iran's charge d'affaires in the UK, Mehdi Hosseini Matin, denied any involvement in the incident.
