Accompanied by her husband, the Duke of Sussex, she shared a video clip on Instagram showcasing her experience on the snowy slopes.
In the video, Meghan is seen descending while seated in a purple inflatable inner tube, expressing both excitement and apprehension during the run.
Earlier footage from her visit displayed Meghan and Harry walking hand-in-hand towards the tubing slope, where she received instructional guidance on her run.
During the countdown before her descent, Meghan voiced her hesitation about tubing, saying, “No, I really don’t want to do it.”
Both Harry and Meghan have been actively attending various events at the games, which commenced on February 10 and will continue until February 16. The seventh edition of the Invictus Games has attracted over 500 athletes from 23 nations, all competing in a range of sports and activities tailored for injured service personnel and veterans.
The Invictus Games were founded in 2014 by Prince Harry, a former British Army captain, as a platform to promote recovery and rehabilitation for service members.
The Royal British Legion has stated that the games aim to generate a wider understanding and respect for those who have served their countries.
The event's history includes its previous editions hosted in London in 2014, Orlando in 2016, Toronto in 2017, Sydney in 2018, The Hague in 2022, and Dusseldorf in 2023. Harry and Meghan were seen engaging with competitors and supporting their stories since the games began.
They attended the opening ceremony where they cheered for the competing teams and even posed for a selfie with Canadian singer Nelly Furtado.
