Drug dealer Leon Brown jailed after 20 people overdosed

Brown was involved in county lines operations in the region. He pleaded guilty to multiple drug-related charges, including possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession of cannabis, and possession of criminal property.

The police had issued warnings after observing an increase in overdoses linked to nitazene in South Worcestershire. Synthetic opioids like nitazene mimic the effects of natural opioids but can be significantly stronger and pose increased risks to users.
