The company, known for competing with Uber Eats and Just Eat Takeaway.com, established "Deliveroo Shopping" in its app to offer products from partnerships like Screwfix for D.I.Y. items. The move puts Deliveroo in closer competition with Amazon, which owns a 14.13% stake in the company.

Deliveroo hosts over 162,000 restaurants and 20,000 grocery outlets on its platform, delivered by its network of riders. Looking ahead, the company aims for its gross transaction value to increase by a mid-teens percentage annually and maintains its 2023 earnings forecast of 60-80 million pounds, projecting a 4% earnings margin against GTV by 2026.

CEO Will Shu expressed confidence in the company's potential for further growth during an investor briefing.
