Young lady. You are young enough to learn a v important lesson in life. Your social anxiety and panic attacks are related. But alcohol or other drugs are not the answers. Slow meditation will work. Begin your days by looking into the positive side and relaxing. Think in advance about what is coming up that day and review the answers. You may have to rethink a situation several times but you will get the answers or at least find the best pasta. Something I have learned in my almost 82 years
