The fire was caused by an electrical fault in the boat's engine room.

Ms. Quinn was one of 15 guests on the boat and had taken up a new role as CEO at St Luke's Hospice in Plymouth after previously working as director of NHS South West Leadership Academy.

The other two British victims have not yet been identified.

The 12 divers on board were evacuated to another boat nearby, followed by the 14 crew members after attempts to reach the missing guests were unsuccessful.
