The owner, Che Garibaldi, has been ordered to pay $140,000 in wages and damages to the employees as a result of this bizarre and shameful act of corruption.

The restaurant also faces civil penalties of $5,000.

The investigation found that the restaurant failed to pay overtime bonuses and fired an employee who cooperated with the investigation.

The Sacramento Catholic Diocese confirmed that the fake priest was not associated with their diocese.
