British Airways Cancels Dozens of Flights Due to IT Failure, Frustrating Thousands of Passengers
British Airways has cancelled dozens of flights due to an IT failure, causing inconvenience to thousands of passengers.
The cancellations have affected short-haul flights from Heathrow Airport and have led to delays and issues with check-in.
BA has apologized to affected passengers and is offering options to rebook or request a refund.
This is not the first time BA has faced similar issues, as it had experienced similar IT problems in 2017, which caused widespread disruption.
