The local council announced the date of the by-election after Johnson read a parliamentary report over whether he misled parliament over gatherings at his office during COVID lockdowns.
Johnson stood down as prime minister last year and two by-elections to replace close allies of Johnson will also be held on the same date.
One of these by-elections will replace Johnson himself in his constituency of Uxbridge and South Ruislip.
