The £100 million development will occupy a 5,000-square-meter site and is expected to serve as a celebration of Belfast's history and its people, offering a journey through the city's past.

The project's design team includes Snøhetta, TODD Architects, and Gleeds, and it will also provide space for social and cultural events, film-related organizations, and Northern Ireland Screen's digital film archive.

The initiative is seen as an opportunity to revitalize Belfast's city center and contribute to its ongoing transformation. It will offer an authentic exploration of the city's history, contributing to its cultural and tourism offerings.
