Bel Powley, the British actress, has shared details of her London wedding to actor Douglas Booth. The wedding took place at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, London, with Bel wearing an embellished Miu Miu dress.
The couple had a Jewish ceremony under a chuppah, and their mothers gave readings. After the ceremony, guests took shelter from the rain in old Routemaster London buses before heading to the Institute of Contemporary Arts for the party.
The couple's first dance was to Etta James' "I Just Want To Make Love To You." They planned the wedding in six months and described it as a relaxed, fun, and very London-themed celebration.
Bel Powley and Douglas Booth met while working on the 2017 film "Mary Shelley" and started as inseparable friends before their relationship blossomed.
