Australian cryptocurrency billionaire Tim Heath recently avoided a kidnapping attempt in Tallinn, Estonia.
The incident occurred in late July when assailants posed as painter-decorators attacked Heath in his flat.
The attackers planned to abduct him and take him to a remote location, but Heath managed to fend them off.
This event unfolded just days before the scheduled opening of his $100 million Bombay Club casino, designed for high rollers, featuring luxury gaming rooms and amenities.
The thwarted attempt became public after a court hearing involving a suspect, Georgian citizen Ilgar Mamedov, who had been in custody since the attack.
