Ashes Test to Honor Victims of Nottingham Stabbings

Three people, including two 19-year-old university students and a 65-year-old school caretaker, were stabbed to death in Nottingham early on Tuesday morning.

England and Australia will pay tribute to the victims with black armbands and a moment of silence during the first Ashes Test at Edgbaston on Friday and the women's Ashes Test at Trent Bridge on June 22.

The men's England team captain, Ben Stokes, said the team is thinking of those affected by the tragedy.

England women's captain, Heather Knight, expressed her condolences to the families and friends of the victims and the city of Nottingham.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
