Arrested in Bucharest following a warrant issued by Bedfordshire Police connected to rape and human trafficking allegations, the Tates have since been released but are barred from leaving Romania.
Asserting their innocence, Andrew Tate indicated their readiness to complete the legal proceedings and prove their lack of guilt.
Bedfordshire Police, aware of the public distress caused by the news, confirmed the arrest warrant pertains to crimes dating from 2012-2015.
Meanwhile, the Tates face a separate Romanian investigation for alleged rape, human trafficking, and forming part of a criminal organization, all of which they deny. Previously placed under house arrest in Voluntari in December 2022, restrictions were lifted in August but travel outside Romania remained prohibited.
The brothers stand accused of coercing women into producing adult content as part of an alleged criminal group. Andrew Tate has denounced the charges, claiming a lack of evidence and suggesting a conspiracy against him.
The Tates' lawyer, Eugen Vidineac, expressed a commitment to engage in the legal process vigorously and dispel rumors of wrongdoing, some of which he attributed to a live-streaming influencer misinterpreting a text message.
