A Heavenly Apartment on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah Offers Resort-Style Living

A Heavenly Apartment on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah Offers Resort-Style Living

Part of Atlantis The Royal Residences on the city’s tree-shaped island, the posh pad overlooks the gulf and enjoys private beach access.

An unmistakable presence on the Dubai city skyline, Atlantis The Royal Residences-a tower next to the Atlantis resort-rises from the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Designed by acclaimed firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and featuring luxurious interiors by Sybille De Margerie, the residences pair striking architecture with resort-level conveniences.

Connected to Dubai’s Atlantis resort at the top of the tree-shaped island Palm Jumeirah’s crescent, Atlantis The Royal Residences provide the luxuries of resort living full-time.

Residents can avail themselves to the dining, leisure, and fitness facilities found at the Atlantis resort.

Within the tower, an available two-bedroom, three-bath apartment features an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony. Both bedrooms feature ultra modern finishes and spa-like, en suite bathrooms as well as designated dressing areas.

An open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows showcases a spectacular view of gulf waters. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, Gaggenau appliances.

Parisian interior designer Sybille de Margerie commissioned artists to handcraft bespoke works like textiles, embroidery, and hand-sculpted leather and porcelain pieces across the property.

Two en suite bedrooms include a designated dressing area with ample closet space.

Swaths of marble make the bathroom feel like a personal spa.

Distinctive amenities set Atlantis The Royal Residences apart. Sunbathe by the Sky Pool, a 90-meter-high infinity pool overlooking the city’s iconic skyline. Special to the apartment is a designated poolside lounge and private beach access. Downstairs, a therapeutic spa with boutique treatments and an indoor pool-as well as a residents-only gym-awaits.

Enjoy poolside service beside turquoise waters in a dedicated pool lounge.

Saunter through Atlantis The Royal Residences' lush gardens.

Indulge in spa treatments steps away from home.

If you’re ever feeling peckish, the property houses world-class bars and restaurants from leading culinary minds including Gastón Acurio, José Andrés, Heston Blumenthal, Ariana Bundy, and Costas Spiliadis. As a luxury serviced apartment, a comprehensive concierge service is available 24 hours a day.
