Grayson, who is of "previously good character," will be released after serving nine months on remand.
Her co-defendant, Darren Reynolds, was also jailed for terror offences.
Reynolds was found guilty of eight terrorist offences linked to his extreme right-wing, antisemitic, and racist views and was sentenced to 12 years in prison with an additional year on licence.
The court heard that both defendants were opposed to the roll-out of the 5G network, but Grayson had discussed getting rid of the masts with expanding foam and angle grinders.
During their trial, the court also found that both defendants had discussed violence and armed uprisings.
